Exchange & Returns
 
We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible.
 
Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your invoice or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
 
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND...
 
Within 7 days
 
Most things we sell are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Just return them to us in their original packaging, in a unused, saleable condition, within 7 days from date of receipt along with the invoice or order number which can be found on your order acknowledgement or delivery packaging and we'll give you a refund or exchange.
 
If you would like us arrange the safe collection and return of any items we can organise this for you. Charges are applicable and are shown below. If you wish to go-ahead with this method of return please call our shop on 0844 335 8310 Monday - Saturday 9am to 5pm.
 
You can choose to either organise your own return, at your own cost, or request a collection. Our courier collects Mon-Fri between 10:00 - 18:00. At least 24 hours notice is required to organise the collection. You can also take advantage of our collection service, charged at £17.50 per box.
 
Please note that if you are not using the original packaging or if you have written on the box, a reboxing fee of £4 per box will be added to your collection charge. Your box size must be within the following dimensions. If the box is outside these dimensions, we will incur a surcharge of £25 from our carrier which will be passed on to you. The size of each Parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension:
 
Calculation = Length (largest dimension) + (Width + Width + Height + Height) = 300cm or less.

If an exchange is required no re-delivery can take place until we have received the returned goods from you.  An extra delivery charge is also payable where applicable.  It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned to us (royal mail signed for or parcel force is recommended which gives proof of date of postage and delivery tracking information). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not in an acceptable condition.  
 
IF THERE'S A FAULT WITH THE PRODUCT
 
Within 28 days
 
If you wish to return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt, we'll give you a replacement or a refund, following verification at the service centre. No collection fee is charged.
If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item is under one month old we will arrange for the collection, the item being returned must be well packed in the original packaging, (we strongly advise all original packaging is kept for up to one month). Items not securely packaged or boxed will under no circumstances be accepted. 
Once the goods have been inspected by the respective manufacturer we will arrange for the repair or replacement. We believe the decision lies with the manufacturer and will abide by the decision of the respective manufacturer. If the fault is found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of repair and the shipping charges. 
If upon inspection we are told by the respective manufacturer goods are not faulty or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or charge a restocking fee of up to 40%. Please be aware all items for repair are sent to the respective manufacturer therefore the process can take up to 20 days
Over 28 Days
If you've had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair. 
REFUND PROCEDURE
 
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange. If we have arranged the collection on your behalf, we will issue a refund less the applicable collection charges back to your card account.
 
Any payments made by PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
 
Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by PreciousLittleOne, as per Distance Selling Regulations.

PACKAGING PROCEDURE
 
Please can you ensure your order is boxed securely and tape an envelope to the outside of the box containing your invoice and reason for return. If you do not have your invoice please write your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please write the following address on the outside of the envelope:
